Personalized therapy for individuals, couples, and families. In Fallbrook or online.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Maybe you’ve been trying to hold everything together for so long, but lately it’s starting to feel heavier.
Whether you’re facing challenges on your own, feeling stuck in your relationship, or struggling to keep your family connected through difficult times, the weight of it all can be overwhelming.
Conflicts, misunderstandings, or unexpected life changes can leave you feeling isolated, discouraged, and uncertain about what lies ahead. Part of you believes change is possible, but in this moment, you find yourself mentally exhausted—disconnected from the fulfilling life you once envisioned.
You’ve prayed for resolution, pushed through, and tried to minimize it—but the pain still remains. No matter what role you’re in—individual, partner, or family member—you don’t have to face this alone.
I'm Debbie Timm, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I support individuals, couples, and families in overcoming life’s barriers to embrace purpose and true self-expression.
Together, we’ll use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. Family patterns run deep, and I’m trained to work with the whole system—not just the individual in isolation. I also integrate spirituality and Christian values for those who seek a faith-informed approach.
My clients often leave therapy feeling truly seen, empowered, and equipped with practical skills they can confidently apply in daily life.
I offer sessions in a private, inviting office inside Fallbrook’s historic Odd Fellows Hall—now called the Sun Center on Beech Street. Built in 1882, it’s the town’s oldest commercial building still standing. Virtual appointments are also available, so no matter where you are, I’m here to guide you toward greater emotional well-being.

Debbie helped our daughter through a terrifying season of depression and self-harm. Her ability to make Molly feel seen, heard and safe in addition to offering practical steps toward healing was life changing.
