I’ll design a therapy plan tailored to you, drawing from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and Reality Therapy, and, if desired, integrating faith-based or integrative medicine strategies.

Active Therapy & Growth
We’ll meet regularly to put your plan into action — practicing new skills, exploring insights, and making adjustments as needed to support lasting change and help you move forward confidently toward your goals.

Session Information

Sessions are 53 minutes and offered either in person in a private and welcoming office space in Fallbrook or online through a secure telehealth platform. You can easily connect from your phone, tablet, or computer, making therapy accessible from wherever you are.

Debbie Timm is a "Fee-For-Service" and an "Out-of-Network" provider and by request will provide a superbill. A superbill is a detailed invoice containing information required for reimbursement from your health insurance company. Your insurance provider can provide you the details regarding the amount you can expect to be reimbursed.
